Dr. J M Sampath, PhD

Sampath is known for his pioneering work in the field of value clarification.

His research focuses on understanding the influence of value clarification as a process in organization development and Management of Learning.

He is the author of 'Value Profile Instrument' which is being extensively used by organizations in India and abroad. He has consulted with leading organizations worldwide and has trained over 4000 knowledge workers. Sampath also supports building of knowledge organizations.
